RightSignals is an experimental product, largely generated by AI, operated by Aluminum (aluminum.io) for evaluation and demonstration. It is not a finished commercial service. Do not rely on it for anything important, and do not send it data you cannot afford to lose or expose.
RightSignals ingests OpenTelemetry error and trace data and presents it back to you. It is provided as a proof of concept by Aluminum (the "Operator," "we," "us"). Access is invite-only and limited to allow-listed email domains. Nothing here is an offer of a service-level agreement, a support commitment, or a warranty.
The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available," with all faults. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that data you send will be stored, retained, processed correctly, kept private, or recoverable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates, contributors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) RightSignals — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to USD $100.
We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may delete data on any schedule (including short retention windows) and without notice. We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims arising out of the data you submit or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
