RightSignals is operated by Aluminum (aluminum.io) as an evaluation proof of concept. "We"/"us" refers to the Operator.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and basic Google profile info (name, avatar, hosted domain) obtained when you sign in with Google, plus the organization you are mapped to by email domain.
Telemetry you send: OpenTelemetry traces, spans, logs, exception messages, stack traces, release/service metadata, and any attributes your instrumentation includes. This data is controlled by you and may inadvertently contain personal data — that is your responsibility to avoid.
Operational data: standard server logs, IP addresses, and request metadata used to run, secure, and rate-limit the service.

3. How we use it

Solely to operate, secure, debug, and demonstrate this proof of concept. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We may use aggregate, non-identifying information to improve the product.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (for example, our cloud hosting and database provider) and where required by law. We do not otherwise share or sell your data.

5. Retention and security

This is an experimental system. Data may be deleted on short and changing schedules, and may also be lost. We apply reasonable but not guaranteed security measures (encrypted transport, hashed private API keys, tenant scoping). We cannot and do not promise that your data will remain private, intact, or available. Send nothing sensitive.

6. Your choices

You can stop sending telemetry and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Because this is a proof of concept, we may also delete your data on our own schedule at any time.

7. International users

Data may be processed in the United States or wherever our providers operate. By using the service you consent to this processing.
